Official Rules for the [MERGEACTION LLC] "Pay It Forward" Video Contest

 

Eligibility and Contest Period:

This contest is open to all legal residents of [Mergeaction llc] who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The submission period begins on November 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and concludes on November 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Submissions received outside of this period will not be considered.

 

Submission Guidelines

 

Theme and Content:

 

All submissions must be original videos, no longer than five (10) minutes in length, that depict a genuine act of kindness or community support. Videos must not contain any material that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise violates any law or the rights of any third party.

 

Release and Consent:

 

By submitting a video, you represent and warrant that you have obtained a valid, legally binding release from every identifiable individual appearing in the video. This release must grant you the right to use their name, image, and likeness for the purposes of this contest and for public display on our platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Mergeaction llc] from any claims or damages arising from the use of your video, including any privacy or publicity claims.

 

Winner Selection 

 

The first eligible video to accumulate 100 likes on the [Mergeaction llc] platform will be determined the winner. The company reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not meet the criteria outlined in these rules.

 

Tiebreaker:

 

In the event of a tie between two or more videos (i.e., they reach 100 likes at the same moment), the winner will be the video that has the most total views. This will be determined by a timestamp at the moment the tie is verified by contest officials.

 

Prize:

 

The winner will be awarded a gift card with a retail value of Four Hundred U.S. Dollars ($400). All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

Contest Rules and Payment:

To receive a payment, at least 25 participants must be logged in and ready at the start of the contest. The payment amounts are based on the number of participants:

 

100+ participants: $400

 

50-99 participants: $250

 

25-49 participants: $100

 

Payments are made only through a digital Visa gift card. We will send you the card details—the card number and security code—via email for you to use for online purchases. This is our standard and fastest method of payment.

 

Liability:

We are not responsible for any stolen funds after you receive the gift card details. It is your responsibility to verify the correct balance on the card before making any purchases.

 

To increase your chances of reaching the highest payment tier, we encourage you to download and share our promotional video on your social media channels. This is the best way to attract new participants and boost your earnings.
